Our 19 apartments are spacious, modern, and all have a private balcony as well as glorious views of the unique alpine landscape. All apartments include a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, as well as a large sitting area with a flat screen television. The apartments all include convenient amenities such as table cloths, towels, and children’s cots if needed. In addition, wireless internet access is available throughout our Nassfeldhaus – free of charge! Each apartment is assigned a convenient ski and boot depot with a useful boot dryer at the ski lifts and a parking place for one car right at our house.

Our family- and group-friendly apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and includes a private balcony for the perfect holiday here in the heart of the mountains in Nassfeld. This 90 m² apartment includes two double bedrooms, two double sofa-beds, two kitchens with sitting areas, two bathrooms, and two lavatories.

We provide you with fresh table cloths, towels, and bed linen. In case children’s beds are needed, please inform us so we can provide them for your stay.

• All rates are charged in EURO per apartment and night. Heating costs, electricity, towels and bed linen are included in the rate.
• The final cleaning costs are charged per apartment per stay.
• Rates do not include the local tax of 2.70 per person per night (as from 17 years of age).
• Children under the age of 3 stay for free in a cot. 
• Check in from 2.00 pm until 7.00 pm – all late arrivals please contact us via telephone.

Cancellation policy 2022

Until 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation is free of charge

7 days until 4 weeks before arrival 30% of total sum have to be paid.

4 days until 7 days before arrival 50% of total sum have to be paid.

from 3 days before arrival 80% of total sum have to be paid.

If there is a travel warning for our region is valid, in carinthia is a lockdown or the ski area is closed because of covid, the

cancellation is for free. 

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

The Nassfeldhaus ist opened this summer for the first time. Please note that the resturant "The Remo" is closed during summer!

• Our restaurant "The Remo" is closed during summer. 
• The final cleaning cost of € 70 - € 80,– EUR is charged per apartment per stay.
• Rates do not include the local tax of 1.80 per person per night (as from 17 years of age).
• Children under the age of 3 stay for free in a cot. 
• Check in from 2.00 pm until 7.00 pm – all late arrivals please contact us via telephone.
• Pets are very welcome during the summer season.

3 nights minimum stay, arrivals possible daily
